Kampala is set for another major transformation following the approval of businessman and real estate developer Hajji Hassan Bulwada’s proposal for a modern development at City Square.
According to the information provided, President Yoweri Museveni directed Kampala Minister Minsa Kabanda to review Bulwada’s proposal, which was subsequently approved successfully.
The proposed project is expected to feature a solar-powered hotel, shopping mall and business complex, bringing together hospitality, retail and commercial activities in one modern development.
