Ugandan musician Alien Skin, real name Patrick Mulwana, is reportedly facing eviction after his landlord issued him a 30-day notice over alleged rental arrears amounting to UGX 36 million.
According to a tenancy termination notice dated October 26, 2026, the landlord, identified as Katurebe Isaac, claims the singer has gone 12 consecutive months without paying rent for the property, despite an agreed monthly payment of UGX 2.25 million.
The alleged outstanding balance includes UGX 27 million in unpaid rent and UGX 9 million in accumulated water bills.
In the notice, the landlord says previous attempts to resolve the matter have not yielded results, prompting him to move towards terminating the tenancy.
Alien Skin has reportedly been given until November 26, 2026, to clear the outstanding balance and vacate the premises, including removing his personal belongings.
The landlord has also warned of possible legal action and enforcement measures should the singer fail to comply with the notice.
Copies of the communication were reportedly sent to the Community Liaison Officer at Katwe Police Station and the Chairperson of Ssempa Zone in Makindye.
