Ugandan singer Gloria Bugie could be on her way to becoming one of the most successful female musicians in the country, according to Apostle Nalebo, who has expressed confidence in her ambition and growing positioning within the music industry.
Speaking during a podcast appearance, Apostle Nalebo described Gloria Bugie as an artist who is hungry for superstardom, pointing to the determination and strategic moves she is making to establish herself both locally and internationally.
According to him, Gloria’s approach to her music career demonstrates that she is not simply interested in making hit songs but is determined to build a bigger brand and compete on the international stage.
He further highlighted her growing international connections, particularly her collaboration with Tanzanian music star Rayvanny, as an indication of her ambition to expand beyond Uganda’s music market.
The collaboration is another significant step in Gloria Bugie’s efforts to position herself among the region’s recognised female music talents.
While the Ugandan music industry has witnessed several successful female artists over the years, Apostle Nalebo believes Gloria has the hunger, ambition and positioning required to reach an even greater level of success.
Whether his prediction will eventually become reality remains to be seen, but one thing is clear: Gloria Bugie is determined to make her presence felt beyond Uganda’s borders.
